Not only do I think people should know and not support it, I think we should treat it like Pavel and help bring it down.

They are stealing copyrighted images.
They are purposely trying to mislead people that they are related to the film.
And they just suck.

Tell your friends and send some pork.

So, what determines whether it is illegal or just a fansite? Is it the images? or the intention? lack of a disclaimer? fraudulent identity?

See, I'm glad this has been clarified. I thought it might've been some marketing ploy, kept off the books to help save some bucks & try to promote a watered-down TF fan site to help sell the movie.

I don't really think that we need to get involved in closing down that site, that's what the lawyers are for. Unless I am gonna get a discount on my admission, I think I'll just let them handle it.

So... call the company that's hosting their webpage.

Although even if they are brought down, leaked images will still float around the net.

Also they have a disclaimer on their site stating the following:

There's no point in wasting time with a lawsuit. Just ask them to remove images if it's such a big deal.

Depends on whether or not they purchased the websites name. I remember for the longest time Sega didn't own www.sega.com and they were in and out of court to try and get the website name attached to their company.

Technically the owners of the site have the proper credentials on the purchase of the domain. However, using copyrighted images to help sell products on their front page....
