if the decepticons are in fact mostly CGI, would that give you greater flexibility in terms of rewrites, or not? would it also mean that ILM can still tweak their designs even till now?

The toy designs would have already been finalized so at best they can only do minor cosmetic changes but nothing radical.

the ice cream truck has alot of empty "space" of just walls going up to its roof. the walls make the ice cream truck tall.

Why exactly?
We have the Fallen, starscream and Megatron in this one. Leave Shockers for the third.

Exactly what I was gonna say. Shockers is a character that is most definitley one that should be saved for the 3rd film.

It does give us some freedom. We can even add a scene or two, if need be, which we are mulling over.

A question for you Roberto...
Are you thinking of using the TV theme tune or Movie version for Star Trek? ![]()

Roberto, now that you've had chance to (hopefully!) devote more screen time to him, how do you feel about the character of Starscream?

Are these scenes which add and help the plot? Serve the fanbase some fanboy goodness? Or are to help with the humor aspect? Or none of the above?

Ahem. Seriously, that's so nice. I wonder if most of those robots are just nameless cannon fodder, or if not nameless, if most of them are preexisting characters or were just created for the movie. I'd like to see more preexisting characters being used, even if they appear in like only one scene, and don't transform.
